Payment
We only accept Online Transfers (PayPal), once you have decided on what to buy, click on "Checkout" in the top right-hand corner, choose the preferred options(i.e. : Shipping address, type of payment), then when you get to the last step of the "Checkout" process, you will be send to PayPal website and presented with the bill.
Delivery
We ship within 48 hours of confirmed payment, the shippiment usually takes 5 day to 3 weeks to receive your product depending on where you are located.
Please take note that our products will ship from Hong Kong, Mainland China and the United States. We are not responsible for any custom related fees you will have to pay to clear any shippements from your country customs.
Refund and Warranty
If your unhappy, made the wrong choice or if you consider the goods faulty, you are welcome to return goods, dependent upon the following conditions being met;
Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving the order.
Items must be in the original state. In the original packing (if applicable).
Special orders and discount items are not returnable.
If the goods are faulty or do not fit the description upon which you purchased the product then the products shall be refunded in full, however we need to have the product back in our possession to verify your claim, an alternative to sending us the product back is to send us a digital image of the product in question.
We may charge a restocking fee of 15% value of the returned items depending on the returned reason. A return for faulty or DOA product will be refund in full.
Returns must be sent back to us in a professional manner, please use a padded envelope and protective wrapping when shipping a product back to us, as a general rule, postage on returned items shall be paid for by the returner however if it's an error on our part, we will refund postage costs.
